Role Description
91视频 is seeking a full-time Revenue Cycle Data Analyst with strong hands-on medical billing experience, particularly in out-of-network billing.
This role is ideal for someone who understands medical billing operations from direct experience and can use data to identify trends, uncover revenue opportunities, improve collections, reduce denials, and strengthen overall revenue cycle performance.
This is not a general data analyst position. The ideal candidate must have practical experience working with medical billing data, claims, payer follow-up, out-of-network reimbursement, denials, appeals, AR reports, collections data, and payment posting workflows.
The Revenue Cycle Data Analyst will work closely with leadership and billing operations to analyze performance, build reports, monitor KPIs, review reimbursement patterns, and provide clear, actionable insights that support stronger billing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze revenue cycle performance across billing, claim submission, payment posting, AR follow-up, denials, appeals, collections, and reimbursement workflows.
- Review out-of-network billing data, including claim status, payer behavior, reimbursement trends, underpayments, appeals, collections performance, and aging AR.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking tools for leadership and billing operations.
- Identify billing trends, denial patterns, payer delays, workflow gaps, underpayments, and missed revenue opportunities.
- Translate billing data into clear operational recommendations that improve collections, reduce denials, and increase reimbursement.
- Work directly with billing staff to validate data, understand workflow issues, and support process improvement.
- Monitor claim aging, denial volume, appeal outcomes, reimbursement timelines, payment posting accuracy, and collections performance.
- Support payer analysis, reimbursement review, audit preparation, and billing performance reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve reporting structure, billing workflows, documentation, accountability, and internal communication.
- Use data to support more efficient, accurate, and compliant revenue cycle operations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing, revenue cycle, or healthcare billing operations experience.
- Hands-on experience with out-of-network billing, claims processing, payer follow-up, denials, appeals, collections, AR management, and reimbursement workflows.
- Strong ability to analyze billing data, identify trends, and explain findings clearly.
- Experience working with AR reports, denial reports, payment posting data, claim aging, collections reports, payer trends, and productivity metrics.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, reporting, and trend analysis.
- Understanding of medical billing operations, coding, insurance verification, claim follow-up, payer communication, payment posting, and reimbursement processes.
- Ability to work closely with billing teams and leadership to investigate issues and improve workflows.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports, projects, and follow-up items with accuracy and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pain management billing.
- Experience in rheumatology billing.
- Experience with out-of-network reimbursement analysis.
- Experience in a high-volume specialty practice or multi-specialty billing environment.
- Experience creating dashboards, scorecards, KPI reports, and billing performance summaries.
- Familiarity with practice management systems, medical billing platforms, and healthcare reporting tools.
- Experience improving billing workflows, reducing denials, increasing collections, and strengthening AR performance.

91视频 is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our multidisciplinary pain medicine practice in Greenwich Village, New York City.
This role is ideal for a PA who wants to work in a clinically thoughtful, collaborative, and intellectually engaged environment focused on complex pain care.
Our PAs are core members of the clinical team. They see patients, contribute to treatment planning, participate in complex case discussions, and help shape the care experience that sets 91视频 apart.
The Physician Assistant will work alongside board-certified specialists in interventional pain, rheumatology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, pain psychology, regenerative medicine, and movement-based therapies.
This is not a volume-based support role. It is a clinical role for someone who is energized by complexity, interested in pain medicine, and committed to helping patients who have often spent years searching for answers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and follow-up visits for patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
- Manage a patient panel in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Assist with and perform in-office procedures, including joint injections, trigger point injections, and other treatments as credentialed and under physician supervision.
- Review imaging, diagnostic workups, clinical history, medication regimens, and prior treatment records.
- Support medication management and longitudinal follow-up care.
- Coordinate referrals to other members of the multidisciplinary team, including rheumatology, PM&R, pain psychology, physical therapy, regenerative medicine, and movement-based care.
- Provide telemedicine consultations when appropriate.
- Participate in case conferences and contribute to shared treatment planning across specialties.
- Educate patients about their diagnoses, treatment options, and role in recovery.
- Build trust with patients living with complex, chronic, and often misunderstood pain conditions.
- Contribute to patient education, community outreach, and clinical initiatives, including our Chronic Pain Support Group.
- Maintain thorough, timely, and accurate documentation in the EMR.
- Support a care model that is diagnosis-first, collaborative, and patient-centered.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Master鈥檚 degree preferred.
- Current NCCPA certification, PA-C.
- Active New York State PA license or eligibility to obtain prior to start date.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in pain medicine, orthopedics, neurology, rheumatology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, or a related specialty.
- DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
- Strong diagnostic reasoning skills.
- Comfort managing complex, multi-system clinical presentations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary care team members.
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills.

- Exposure to hypermobility spectrum disorders, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, or complex connective tissue conditions.
- Interest in regenerative medicine, neuromodulation, pain psychology, or integrative approaches to pain care.
- Interest in working with complex chronic pain patients in a multidisciplinary setting.

This role is ideal for an RN who is clinically organized, patient-centered, and comfortable supporting patients with complex rheumatologic, musculoskeletal, autoimmune, and chronic pain conditions.
Our nursing team plays an important role in the care experience. This position is not limited to basic rooming or task completion. The Registered Nurse will help support clinical flow, patient education, medication coordination, lab and imaging follow-up, care communication, and the day-to-day needs of a busy rheumatology practice.
The RN will work closely with our rheumatology provider, physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and administrative team to help patients move through care with clarity, compassion, and appropriate clinical support.
This is a strong opportunity for a nurse who enjoys thoughtful outpatient care, complex patients, and a collaborative practice environment where communication, follow-through, and clinical judgment matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Support rheumatology visits, including patient intake, clinical preparation, rooming, vitals, medication reconciliation, allergy review, and history updates.
- Assist the rheumatology provider with clinical workflow before, during, and after patient visits.
- Support patients with rheumatologic, autoimmune, inflammatory, musculoskeletal, and chronic pain conditions.
- Review and organize relevant lab results, imaging reports, outside records, and prior treatment history for provider review.
- Coordinate lab orders, imaging follow-up, referrals, prescriptions, and patient instructions as directed by the provider.
- Support medication workflows, including specialty medications, biologics, prior authorization follow-up, refill coordination, and patient education within nursing scope.
- Perform patient education regarding medications, lab monitoring, treatment plans, safety precautions, and follow-up instructions.
- Triage patient calls and portal messages related to symptoms, medication questions, lab follow-up, flare concerns, and care coordination.
- Escalate urgent clinical concerns appropriately to the provider or clinical leadership.
- Assist with injections or in-office clinical procedures within scope, training, and practice protocol.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
- Communicate clearly with patients, providers, billing, front desk, and administrative staff to support continuity of care.

Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in New York State.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Experience in outpatient care, specialty medicine, rheumatology, primary care, orthopedics, neurology, pain medicine, or a related clinical setting.
- Strong comfort with patient triage, medication review, patient education, and clinical documentation.

- Experience with biologic medications, DMARDs, specialty pharmacy workflows, prior authorizations, and lab monitoring.
- Experience in a pain medicine, orthopedics, neurology, PM&R, or multi-specialty practice.
- Experience with patient portal communication and outpatient clinical triage.
- Experience supporting injections, infusions, or in-office procedures within nursing scope.
- Interest in complex care, chronic illness, and multidisciplinary treatment models.
